Returns & Refunds Policy
At Miss Bling Bling, we want your experience to be as sparkling as our jewellery. If you are not perfectly satisfied, our return process is designed to be simple and legally compliant.
1. How to Start a Return or Exchange
If you wish to return an item, please follow this simple 4-step process:

Step 1: Notify Us. Email maritsa@missblingbling.co.za within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a photo of the item, and your reason for the return.

Step 2: Courier Collection. Once approved, we will book a courier to collect the item from you. We will email you a digital waybill to print and attach to the parcel.

Step 3: Inspection. Once the item arrives at our office, we will inspect it to ensure it is unworn and in its original packaging.

Step 4: Refund. Approved refunds are processed via your original payment method within 3 to 14 working days.

Note: For "Change of Mind" returns, the cost of the courier waybill will be deducted from your final refund amount.

2. Promotional Items & Free Gifts
If your purchase included a free gift or was part of a promotional bundle:

Complete Returns: To qualify for a refund or exchange, the free gift/promotional item must be returned in its original, unworn condition along with the main item.

No Warranty on Gifts: Free gifts are provided "as-is" and do not qualify for warranty claims, repairs, or independent exchanges.
3. 7-Day "Change of Mind" Policy (ECTA)
In accordance with Section 44 of the ECTA, you have a 7-day cooling-off period.

Condition: Items must be returned unworn, with all original packaging and security tags intact.

Exclusions: The following items cannot be returned for a change of mind:

Custom-Made / Bespoke Items: Designed specifically for you.

Resized Items: Any item resized at your request is considered a "Special Order."

Engraved Items: Any jewellery that has been personalised.

Earrings & Piercings: For hygiene reasons, these cannot be returned once the packaging is opened.

4. 6-Month Manufacturing Warranty (CPA)
Under Section 56 of the CPA, our jewellery carries a 6-month statutory warranty against manufacturing defects.

Manufacturing Defects: If a defect is found within 6 months, you may choose a repair, replacement, or full refund.

Third-Party Alterations: Any work or resizing performed by an outside jeweller will void this warranty immediately.

Exclusions: We do not cover accidental damage, neglect, or "wear and tear" (e.g., snapped chains or bent ring claws from impact).
5. Damaged on Arrival
If your parcel arrives damaged, you must notify us in writing within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item.
